Maintaining your Health & Fitness during the Holidays

For most of us eating right and exercising during the holidays isn’t our main priority. So let’s keep it simple with three tips. 1) Make a commitment to eat sensibly when you’re not at a celebration. 2) Drink plenty of water throughout the day and don’t be overly hungry prior to festive get togethers. 3) Keep walking, the fresh air and sunshine will help keep the winter blues away and minimize emotional eating. Remember it’s the connection with other people that make the holidays truly special, not the food and alcohol.
